AI & workflow automation · Jersey, Channel Islands · Remote delivery
If your team spends too much time copying data, chasing updates or moving information between tools, the problem may be the workflow—not the people. I help turn scattered steps into practical, connected systems, with human judgment where it matters.
Built around the problem
For small businesses, service teams and founders who have outgrown spreadsheets, inbox workarounds and repetitive administration. Based in Jersey, I can work with local businesses and suitable remote projects.
Map where information is entered repeatedly and find sensible ways to collect it once, move it reliably and make it available to the right people.
Replace ambiguous inbox requests and disconnected spreadsheets with a visible workflow: what has arrived, who owns it, what is waiting and what needs action.
Bring relevant operational information into a focused view or a purpose-built portal when existing software does not fit the job.
Evaluate whether AI can assist with triage, drafting, classification or finding information. Keep approvals, permissions, privacy and error handling proportionate to the risk.
A practical process
01
Start with the real steps: what triggers the work, which tools people use, what takes the most time and where mistakes or bottlenecks happen.
02
Identify the highest-friction part of the process, then compare a simpler workflow, an integration or a custom tool. Not every problem needs a new platform or an AI agent.
03
Prototype with suitable test data, check failure paths and clarify ownership. Expand only once the workflow is useful, understandable and safe enough for its purpose.

Often, no. Rules-based automation, better forms or one shared system may be cheaper and more dependable. AI should be used for a clear task where its limitations are acceptable.
That is the first thing to assess. Existing APIs, exports, permissions and integration options determine whether a reliable connection is possible without replacing your tools.
The design should consider access controls, data minimisation and approval steps from the beginning. I would not ask you to send live credentials or confidential records just to discuss an idea.
Choose one recurring task that takes time every week and has a clear definition of success. That gives us a practical way to assess savings and reliability before investing in anything larger.
